An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a specialist property management company as a Health and Safety Manager. Working in an autonomous role this person will have an all encompassing role. Reviewing and developing policy whilst retaining hands on responsibilities such as designing and delivering training, conducting audits and investigating accidents.
The Role
  • Support the development of an effective H&S management system
  • Build effective relationships with senior leaders, ensuring they are aware of their H&S responsibilities
  • Be accountable for the creation and review of all policy documents
  • Develop and promote H&S best practice

The Candidate

  • NEBOSH Diploma, NCRQ Level 6 Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of working in residential property, care homes, student accommodation or hotels
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proven influencer
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
