To be considered for the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisor you must be qualified to a minimum of NEBOSH General with experience in a similar working environment. You must have previous experience of internal auditing with a thorough knowledge of processes and systems.
As the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisor you will be responsible for the management of the Groups Health & Safety activities ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, upholding the company’s various accreditations (ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001), whilst promoting and supporting continuous improvement and best practice across the group of companies.
You will provide general Health & Safety advice specific to the business needs continuously advising on safe systems of work. Whilst increasing Health & Safety awareness to Managers and employees with training techniques and coaching sessions including toolbox talks and Health & Safety inductions. Ensuring Managers are focused on delivering a safe working environment providing the necessary management support and technical advice as required.
