Your new company
This construction and support services organisation are looking to appoint a HSE Lead to ensure the full compliance of a large facilities management contract they have. You will report directly into the client and should be able to work appropriately with senior management and leadership staff.
Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of hard and soft facilities management services, whilst providing HSE support to high risk activities creating cost-effective and customer focused solutions. You will be required to identify and implement better ways of working through policies and procedures, and develop behavioural safety culture within the business. You will also be responsible for managing major accidents and incident investigations within the assigned contract.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will need to hold the NEBOSH Diploma, a Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent, CMIOSH, NVQ level 4 in Occupational Health and Safety and environmental management experience. You will ideally come from a facilities management background, and have sound knowledge of HSE management systems. You will need to be well organised, and be able to analyse issues and make rational judgement to resolve these issues.
What you'll get in return
