The successful candidate
This is the ideal position for somebody who has a solid background in promoting QHSE best practices across the board, developing and implementing management systems, developing positive relationships with senior management and monitoring QHSE performance.
Knowledge and experience of accident investigations, site inspections, writing board reports and health and safety training is essential.
Examples of leading and managing health and safety projects within multiply sites is advantageous. Along with a background in dealing with claims, pest control and control of allergies in a food environment.
You will have fantastic communications skills and the ability to break downs walls and drive health and safety forward. You will be target driven and always striving for improvement with a determined can do attitude.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of a NEBOSH Diploma, NCRQ or equivalent and you will ideally hold HACCP and a recognised food Safety qualifications.
The ability to be flexible and travel to various locations throughout the UK and internationally is key.
