The successful candidate

You will be confident in completing risk assessments, QUENSH training, developing and maintaining QHSE management systems and generally promoting a positive health and safety culture across the business using a behavioural safety based approach.

This is the ideal position for somebody who has a solid background in health and safety inspections, audits, accident investigations, fire safety checks, lone working practises and supporting the rest of the group with all QUENSH related matters.

Solid experience in developing, maintaining, implementing and monitoring management systems including ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 is ideal. Previous experience of managing and working in a similar role liaising with suppliers, sub-contractors and external bodies and reporting to the board is essential.

To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of a NEBOSH General Certificate, NEBOSH Construction Certificate, NCRQ or equivalent and you will ideally have previous experience in the telecoms industry.

A UK driving licence is essential and the ability to be flexible and travel to various locations throughout the UK and is key. The role is a 70/30 office/site split.
