Does this sound familiar?
You’re working for a consultancy and don’t enjoy the micromanagement? You don’t like the idea of a tracker being placed on your car? You certainly won’t like the fact that you’re measured on volume of work rather than quality
Or maybe you’re working as an adviser or manager within a company? You’ve gained some experience in industry and are keen to broaden your experience. You like the idea of being a consultant but worry about the possible downsides of consultancy.
Maybe this new opportunity with a small, successful consultancy will give you what you’re looking for?
You’ll work from home as part of a small team, supporting a broad range of clients from SME’s to international companies, spending on average 3 days a week with clients.
We’re really interested in talking to people who are committed to delivering a great service and building strong long-term relationships with clients. You’ll have chances to grow in a company that will invest in you and will shape the job around the experience you’ve already gained and what you want to do in future. You’ll need to be commercially aware but won’t be measured on sales.
Most importantly, your KPI’s will be based around client feedback, retention and the quality of service you deliver, not the number of visits or presenteeism.
All I need you to bring is Grad IOSH as a minimum and some experience of managing health and safety in an office and an industrial setting. Everything else can be learned, though some experience of fire safety would help.
Get in touch with any questions or drop me a cv and we can talk about what you are trying to achieve and whether this role is right for you.
