Your new company
Your new company is a logistics and supply chain solutions organisation based in Lancashire. The company supply solutions to a number of organisation types including defence, manufacturing, automotive and more. The organisation have recently won a large new contract and are looking to expand their team further.
Your new role
As H&S Manager you will be expected to maintain the already high standards of H&S and take the standards even further. You will be supporting a particular contract within the business and will be required to not only support and guide direct employees but those of the client too, including the senior management teams. You tasks will be varied but will include monitoring and reporting LTI's, maintain systems in line with ISO 45001, undertaking of risk assessments and site inspections, creating and delivering tool box talks, analysing data writing H&S reports and more.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be educated to degree level and hold NEBOSH or equivalent (ideally diploma level). You will have a good solid background in H&S at advisory level and looking to move into management or already in a management role looking for something new. You will need to be assertive whilst maintaining a likeable personality.
