Your new company
A leading multi-disciplined civil engineering and utilities firm based in the West Midlands are looking to appoint a SHEQ Manager to support the planning of the groups sustainable management systems, working closely with the Group SHEQ Manager to promote a positive health and safety culture throughout.
Your new role
You will be responsible for carrying out and collating data for SHEQ audits, carrying out incident investigations and site inspections, reviewing and updating policy and procedure, delivering induction training and management of contractors in relation to health and safety.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will hold level 5 health and safety qualification, NEBOSH general and ideally have previous experience working within a civil engineering sector. You will have thorough knowledge of management systems ISO 45001/ 14001 and 9001 and hold an IRCA internal auditor accreditation. You will be a strong communicator, self-driven and have a clear focus on high quality with a commercially aware outlook.
