Your new role
Your new role will be to support the current H&S Manager in embedding their fire and safety management system. You will be an ambassador for Health & Safety across the association and give expert guidance on a wide range of EHS matters. You will be tasked in delivering training, completing complex incident investigations, completing internal audits and will take on the responsibility of 2 direct reports. This is a challenging but rewarding role which could be the perfect opportunity for a bit of a change or to step up to managerial level.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful with your application you must hold the NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent as well as the NEBOSH fire certificate.You should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of training, audits. inspections and be prepared to support and provide resilience to the overall H&S team. There is a fast-paced environment on offer so the successful candidate will need to be able to adapt and learn quickly and able to manage their own workload.
