Regional HSE Competency Advisor, £40,000-£45,000, Midlands and Wales

This international support services and construction organisation are looking to appoint a Regional HSE Competency Advisor to sit in their Divisional HSE team. You will be based from home and travel to sites across the Midlands and Wales.
Your new role
As the regional HSE Competency Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior HSE Advisor in the creation and delivery of HSE competency training and driving a positive HSE culture throughout the operational divisions that you are responsible for. You will be responsible for demonstrating and delivering HSE policies, procedures and processes alongside supporting HSE initiatives and projects. As well as this, you will provide professional HSE advice and support to clients and members of staff within the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will need a minimum of NEBOSH General and be a Technical member of IOSH, you must have experience in Facilities Management. You will also need to have demonstrable knowledge of Environmental Management, and be competent when using Microsoft Office applications as well as SharePoint systems. A training qualification is desirable, and the ability to line manage staff.
