A global financial organisation is looking to recruit a Regional Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor. From an office base in either Leicester or Milton Keynes you’ll be responsible for managing health, safety and wellbeing across the South and Midlands region. You will be a solutions focused, commercially aware practitioner with the ability to operate across multiple sites, and a genuine interest in health and wellbeing. The Role:

  • Manage safety across the North region
  • Deliver training on a range of safety and wellbeing subjects
  • Ensure relevant policies and processes are in place to manage risks
  • Ensure HSE compliance and implement safety management strategies
  • Plan and deliver business wide projects
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Plan and carry out annual safety audits within Operating Division
  • Produce clear concise reports

The Candidate:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent level qualification in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Business focused and results orientated
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Financial, corporate, retail or consultancy sector experience, accustomed to managing safety across multiple sites
  • Flexible approach to travel
