Regional Health & Safety Manager role at a leading Construction Contractor, based in North London.

Our client is a leading Construction Contractor, operating mainly in the Residential sector, with thousands of employees and business all over the UK. In order to enhance the Health & Safety department, they are currently recruiting for a Regional Health & Safety Manager, to be based in the North London office.
Your new role
Reporting directly to a Regional Director, you will be responsible for Health & Safety on a number of large construction sites in the North / North-West London area.
On daily basis you will advise management & staff on safety, health & environmental matters; conduct site health, safety & environmental audits and assist with any rectifications needed and review company and subcontractors paperwork for improvements and compliance.
You will act as mentor for your region, promoting best practices and safety culture throughout the business.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in the Construction industry, preferably within the new build and large refurbishment projects for the Residential sector. You will also have NEBOSH Construction Certificate, a degree in Health & Safety (or equivalent) and a Graduate Membership of IOSH.
