A Regional FM role to join one of the largest property consultancies in the region, based in Southampton.

Your new company

My client are one of the largest property consultancies in the south with a vast portfolio of commercial and residential clients, offering each a comprehensive facilities management service. Notable clients include: RBS, John Lewis, Mitie and the NHS.

Your new role

As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will report to a Senior Facilities Manager. This is a mobile role covering a number of client locations in Hampshire (majority of sites), Berkshire and Surrey, but based out of the Southampton office a couple of days/week.

You will be responsible for proactively providing a professional, effective and efficient day to day property facilities management service, to surveyors, clients and occupiers in all aspects of FM. In line with legislative and company requirements, maintaining and protecting the value of clients' property assets.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be a confident, approachable person with proven experience in a similar FM role/environment. You will have good experience of working at all levels of business and a willingness to learn new skills/processes. The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent), with a qualification in Facilities Management (BIFM) and Health and Safety (NEBOSH Certificate or IOSH Membership). That said, experience in a similar FM role without these qualifications will be considered too.

As this role will involve regular travel to client sites, you must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

You will receive a market-led salary of £35,000-£40,000 plus a car allowance between £4,070-£4,730 (DOE), 22 days annual leave (rising by 1 day for each year of service to a maximum of 27), contributory healthcare scheme, discretionary bonus, life assurance, pension 3% of Salary (rising to 5% after 3 years of service) and many additional benefits.
