One of the UK's leading providers of Facilities Management Services is currently looking for a QSHE Advisor to join their Industrial division to provide practical advice, guidance and support to their clients.
YOUR NEW ROLE
Based in Reading or Oxford sites this is a mobile role that requires regular travel across sites. Reporting directly to the QSHE Director you'll be responsible for providing advice for management systems, carrying out audits and accident investigations, identifying training and customer needs, prepare monthly reports and update on the business unit targets, objectives and KPI's and for developing positive relationships with all the key Senior Managers and other stakeholders including Government Agencies, Trade Unions and clients.
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
You'll be offered £38,000 to £42,000 p.a. depending on experience plus a company car or car allowance, company pension (up to 8%) and 25 days annual leave plus back holidays.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCEED
The organisation is looking for candidates who hold at least a NEBOSH general certificate, experience with integrated management systems and come from an industrial services (i.e. scaffolding, insulation, painting) or construction sector background.
