A well-established facilities services provider is looking for a Legionella Risk Assessor to join their organisation. This in an opportunity to join a company with decades of experience in delivering facilities management at the highest level with a great track record on collaborating with customers to achieve high performing, productive, and sustainable workplaces.
YOUR NEW ROLE
This role is to work directly with a high-profile client within the Utilities sector and to provide support to the organisation's operational sites across Thames Valley region.
You will be responsible for:
* Carry out legionella risk assessments to an agreed template domestic water system
* Produce a written report on the findings with recommendations to reduce risk of legionella
* Provide advice & guidance to the client when requested
* Support Line Manager with service delivery to the Client
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
You will be offered a salary raging from £25,000 to £27,000 + company van, 25 days annual leave, company pension, healthcare insurance plan option and support on further relevant training and qualifications.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
To be considered for this position you must have experience on carrying out legionella risk assessments, hold relevant qualifications and knowledge of ACOP L8 and issues associated with water systems. An understanding of cooling systems would be an advantage.
