An interim HSE Manager job has arisen to work for a public services client in Central London for approx. 6 months. You will be working on prestigious construction projects that are changing the face of London! You will be providing health, safety environmental support to the projects, providing advice and guidance to stakeholders, compiling reports and will be ensuring workers are following best practice. You will be developing strong relationships across the business to establish a culture of excellence in HSE management and provide HSE expertise and coaching/training to ensure company HSE requirements are met. You will be improving HSE performance and delivering effective tools to ensure successful transition and embedding of the new ways of working.
The successful candidate will hold the NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum and ideally have HSE experience from the transport sector. You will have experience of working in large, complex organisations and excellent ability to influence and motivate a wide variety of stakeholders while building and sustaining relationships at all levels.
Please note this role is in scope of IR35.
