The business already has a very strong track record in safety and with its established safety systems the role is to further develop and enhance the safety first culture.
Working with the Safety team and other business departments the role will be to;
Undertake a gap analysis; identify training needs throughout the business, implement a program of cultural change and employee engagement at all levels of the business, identify and implement improvements in compliance on all services and risk associated with a predominantly occupied portfolio of properties.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent verbal communications skills across all levels of the business and the ideal candidate will possess energy, charisma and gravitas to effect change. This forward thinking company has identified this role to act as a mentor for members of the safety team and a willingness to invest in the development of others is essential.
You must be NEBOSH diploma qualified and have achieved CMIOSH status with a previous experience covering; Property / Estate management, Facilities Management, Retail property management. The core business of the company covers property development and management. Knowledge of CDM is also a requirement.
