The HSE Manager will be based out of their South-Midlands office, but this will be a multi-site, regional position that requires working with Project Managers, Construction Directors, and sub-contractors to ensure the ongoing smooth running of sites, providing solutions and safety advice as required.
The right candidate for the HSE Manager role will have the following skills & experience:
• CMIOSH or GradIOSH working towards Chartered status
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
• Experience or knowledge of Environmental Management
• A background with a housebuilder, or a related Construction build environment
The HSE Manager role will suit a well-rounded individual with strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to influence and encourage compliance on multiple sites concurrently.
A basic salary between £50-55k is on offer for the HSE Manager role, along with a company car or car allowance and a superb benefits package including bonus scheme (up to 22.5% of salary), pension, life assurance and much more.
