A national constriction housebuilding and regeneration firm are looking to appoint a Health, Safety and Sustainability Manager to operate across the Midlands and North, ideally located in the Midlands. Reporting directly into the Head of Health and Safety, you will look to deliver a variety of health and safety projects ensuring compliance and promoting a positive safety culture throughout.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a team of Health and Safety professionals alongside the head of H&S. You will implement policy & procedures, proactively promote behavioural strategy, lead serious incident investigations, provide sound advise on HSE legislation and deliver in house training across the board. Full job spec can be provided.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will hold NEBOSH general as a minimum with previous experience operating within a health and safety manager role, within a construction environment. You will be a member of the professional governing body, progressing through to chartered status.
