Reporting to the Head of Central Services in Cadw, the postholder will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on health, safety and well-being matters across Cadw which encompass lone working arrangements, commercial activities, events, construction/maintenance and the office environment.
The postholder will lead in ensuring that Cadw offers a safe environment to both visitors and staff alike across all its operations and will work closely with teams of heritage professionals and other specialist staff to implement appropriate systems and procedures to support this aim.
A NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety is desirable, together with membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. IOSH, ROSPA, IIRSM).
