Health, Safety and Compliance Manager – Corporate, Property / Estates

Maplefield have been engaged by one of the UKs leading property management companies to recruit a Health Safety and Compliance Manager to manage health and safety across a large and prestigious network of commercial properties throughout Central London.
The role will see you work closely with General Managers at each site keeping track of the latest Health and Safety legislation ensuring the staff and clients are working within a safe and compliant environment so strong influencing and communication skills are essential.
This is a hands on operational role managing corporate workplace risk, employee and client safety and facilities and estates safety and compliance and the client has an experienced and qualified Property Operations team to provide support on all estates and property related issues.
The role reports in to director level so any successful candidate will have to be exceptionally well presented as this is a client facing role working with some extremely high profile clients.
The role would ideally suit someone with previous experience managing safety in a corporate multi-site environment with a property and estates function however the client will consider applications from candidates in associated sectors.
The client is looking for an exceptionally well presented influencer with strong communication skills, confident and outgoing able to engage with stakeholders at all levels that hold a minimum of a NEBOSH general certificate and are offering an excellent salary up to £45K with benefits.
