The successful candidate
This is the ideal position for somebody who has a solid background in promoting QHSE best practices across the board, developing and implementing management systems, developing positive relationships with senior management and monitoring QHSE performance.
Knowledge and experience of accident investigations, site inspections, writing board reports, warehouse audits and health and safety training is essential.
You will have fantastic communications skills and the ability to break downs walls and drive health and safety forward. You will be target driven and always striving for improvement with a determined can do attitude.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 8 years health and safety experience, preferably within the logistics sector.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of a NEBOSH Diploma, NCRQ or equivalent and you will ideally hold a minimum of CMIOSH status.
A UK driving licence is essential and the ability to be flexible and travel to various locations throughout the UK is key.
