The Health and Safety Manager will undertake a key role within the College Management Team by ensuring that the college properly discharges all its legal obligations and related duties under current Health and Safety legislation. The post-holder will develop and maintain a continuous improvement ethos in the approach to health and safety issues across all the college campuses.
The successful candidate will possess,
- Chartered membership of IOSH, NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health and/or degree in relevant subject.
- Strong communication and good influencing skills with the ability to deliver high quality presentations will be required.
- Experience in undertaking complex and sensitive investigations will be a prerequisite as are financial and budgetary management skills.
