Health and Safety Manager
RESPONSIBLE TO: Director of Health, Safety and Compliance
SALARY RANGE: Up to £60,000, subject to experience, knowledge and skills
TERMS: Full-time role subject to a 3-month probationary period
London Stadium has a new position for full time Health and Safety Manager to join the team and be an
industry lead on occupational health and safety, project safety, events and site conversion safety for
You will be working with the Director of Health, Safety and Compliance and the Event Safety Officer to
ensure that all stadium occupational health and safety, events and site build and break run smoothly and
safely from a Health and Safety perspective. This exciting new opportunity is your chance to take the lead
on health and safety at the World’s Stage for staff, contractors and event attendees. You will be
responsible for Health and Safety Management Systems, statutory compliance, contractor guidance and
Health and Safety continuous improvement.
The successful candidate for this role will have a solid track record in Health and Safety preferably within
an Event and / or Construction environment, with strong knowledge of site build and management
within sports or music venues. You will hold a minimum of the NEBOSH General Certificate. A full clean
driver’s license is required.
