A growing Building Services and M&E company, who cover a diverse array of commercial, building M&E services, are looking to appoint a Health & Safety Manager to drive the health and safety across the business. Situated in the West Midlands, this unique company are looking to appoint a forward thinking Health & Safety Manager to immerser themselves within their forward thinking approach and good company ethos.
Your new role
You will be responsible for te day to day management of Health & Safety covering on average 15/20 sites across the UK. You will look to develop management systems, implement and carry out Heath & Safety audits, carry out risk assessments and have thorough knowledge of current HSE legislation. You will have a pro-active approach looking to establish and develop a positive health and safety culture.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will hold NEBOSH general as a minimum, ideally with previous experience working within an M&E or building services environment. You will have thorough knowledge of management systems ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and a proven track record of reducing accidents in the environment.
