A leading construction firm are looking to appoint a Health & Safety Manager to be based in the West Midlands to lead the Health & Safety across the business, working closely with the senior management team, promoting a positive health and safety culture throughout.
Your new role
As Health and Safety manager you will review management systems ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001, develop and implement new policy and procedure, work across multiple sites carrying out site audits and risk assessments. You will look to enhance the health and safety culture across the business, with a key focus on mental health and well-being.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have previous working within a construction environment, on large new build or refurbishment/ fit-out projects. You will hold NEBOSH general or NEBOSH construction as a minimum and ideally be Grad IOSH status.
