PING Europe Ltd is looking to recruit a Health & Safety Manager for its business based at the headquarters in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. Responsible for all matters relating to Health & Safety, you will play an influential part in leading the approach to developing, implementing and maintaining health, safety and environmental compliance at the Headquarters and the Golf Club in Gainsborough, as well as the PING Collection design office based in Manchester.
We are looking for an experienced Health & Safety professional with the ability to work in an organisation of our size and who is comfortable advising and working with fellow managers, to ensure that the business is fully compliant and up to speed with any new legislation or legal obligations. The ideal candidate will understand that relationships are critical to successful outcomes and will be energised by operating in a dynamic and culturally strong organisation. You will be a strong communicator with the style and ability to gain the trust of staff and managers at every level across the organisation.
