Your new company
A leading electrical and maintenance building services firm situated in Northamptonshire are looking to appoint a Health and Safety Manager. They operate across multiple sites within Northamptonshire, allowing for a varied and interesting array of work.
Your new role
You will play a leading role managing the health and safety across the board, delivering training and toolbox talks to employees, whilst implementing and developing management systems. You will carry out risk assessments, site audits, draft policies and procedures, conduct inspections and regularly attend board meetings. You will manage projects up to a value of 3 million, with a number of employees at each site.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will ideally have worked within the M&E or construction sector and held a stand-alone role as a Health and Safety Manager. You be competent drafting new policies and procedures and be looking to maintain and potential enhance the current ISO 9001 status. You will hold a NEBOSH certificate and ideally have NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice.
