I am looking for a H&S manager to join a well known packaging company based in the North West

Your new company is a packaging solutions company based in the North West. They are a credible company with good strong orders moving forward.
Your new role
As H&S Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and improving H&S functions within the factory. You will be liaising and working alongside other members of management to ensure that the standards are consistent across all areas. You will be responsible for making sure the factory is operating to the standards required for accreditation purposes and will carry our regular inspections and audits to ensure consistency. You will liaise with any external bodies such as HSE and ensure great relations are maintained.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience managing H&S within a manufacturing setting, ideally packaging. You will be qualified to NEBOSH or equivalent and will be able to provide examples of improvements made whilst managing H&S previously. You will have good knowledge of H&S legislation and management systems.
What you'll get in return
You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £45K along with 25 days holiday + bank holidays. You will also be enrolled onto a generous contributory pensions scheme.
