A fantastic opportunity has come up with one of the most innovative manufacturing companies in the world, our client is at the forefront of modern technology. They are seeking an experience Facilities Manager to join their business in the Wiltshire area.

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for all Facilities Management activities and setting the strategy
  • Work closely with the engineering department
  • Direct, coordinate and plan essential services such as planned and reactive maintenance, Utilities and repair of buildings
  • Influencing senior leadership teams
  • Ensure that best practices are followed for maximum efficiency

The Candidate:

  • Experienced leader within facilities
  • Ideally a background within either electrical, mechanical, or HVAC engineering
  • Strong leadership qualities / experience
  • Manufacturing experience would be preferable
