Health & Safety manager for a global manufacturing organisation based on the edge of Oldham

FMCG manufacturing organisation with sites globally. The company are going from strength to strength with a very positive order book moving forward. The company are looking to recruit a single site EHS Manager.
Your new role
As EHS manager you will be a hands on, operational leader who strives on being on the shop floor, amongst the workforce, helping to create a positive culture in relation to safety. You will be responsible for maintaining the company accreditation and will be confident dealing with a range of personnel ranging from operatives to directors. You will be responsible for creating a culture where safety is priority in all operations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a EHS management role within a manufacturing environment and will be an operational leader. You will have experience with integrated management systems and will hold a recognised H&S qualification such as NEBOSH or NCRQ, preferably to diploma level.
