The company manage the entire product cycle in-house, from formulation and design, to testing to maintain clients' competitive advantage.
In this opportunity they are looking for a Health, Safety and Environment Manager to create a strong culture of ownership throughout the organisation by way of training and education as well as considering the policies and procedures in place and revising as required.
Candidates should be based locally as the company is a multi-site operation throughout Dorset some of which are on a 24-hour shift basis. It is valuable that candidates have experience of working within a manufacturing environment and a proven track record of delivery working with ISO14001:2015. Other environmental matters could include energy management and waste, so experience of managing these will be advantageous.
Candidates should be qualified to a minimum of Tech IOSH with solid experience of working in a diverse manufacturing environment.
