The successful candidate
Previous experience within a health, safety and facilities role maintaining, implementing and devising Risk Assessments and safe systems of work and investigating accidents and compiling for insurance purposes.
You will be confident with DSE assessments, first aid, fire drills, COSHH, LOLER AND PUWER.
This is the ideal position for a candidate who has knowledge and experience with implementing and enforcing depot policies and procedures and who can work closely with an external consultant achieving recommendations following regular audits.
30 percent of the role will consist of facilities management including and not limited to car parking, general building and grounds maintenance, water coolers PAT testing, depot security and night security.
You will have fantastic communications skills and the ability to break downs walls and drive health and safety forward. You will always striving for improvement with a determined can do attitude.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of a NEBOSH General Certificate, NCRQ or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years hands on experience.
