HSE Advisor role for a large contractor in Central London. Salary up to £40K, NEBOSH required.

Our client is a large Principal Contractor that operates in the UK, with multi-million projects across different sectors (Residential and Commercial). In order to expand their HSEQ team, they are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Advisor to be based on a large project in Central London.
Your new role
The main purpose of the role is to support Business units in the safe planning, delivery and review of a variety complex projects across all areas of the construction and maintenance industry whilst ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and Sustainability Policies, Standards and Legislation.
You will facilitate the implementation of policies and procedures within business units to help reduce risk and support a positive HS&S culture; you will assist site management in preparing the construction Health, Safety and Environmental Plans prior to a project commencing, and review it at each monthly health, safety and environmental review to plan for future activities.
By carrying out regular site inspections, you will actively support business units under your remit as an advisor in regular HS&S Management Reviews, to assess and improve performance. Support the business in planning reviewing and achieving HS&S objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in Construction and NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate as a minimum. You will have excellent communication skills and a passion for Health and Safety.
