CDM Co-ordinator

My client are an Engineering Consultancy Practice operating in the UK, they are expanding their London team and require a motivated and professional CDM Co-ordinator to join them.

With business and their client base expanding my client are relocating to new offices, this has given them the desk space to engage addition staff to meet demand. Joining this multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy you will provide CDM-C services to their clients to ensure works are completed in a timely and efficient manor and in accordance with the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2007. The core requirement will bet o use the CDM regulations and other relevant Health & Safety legislation to the benefit of the client and other project parties gaining real value for the project instead of minimum compliance.

To be considered for the role you will hold the NEBOSH General certificate, or equivalent, have attended an APS accredited Management of CDM course and be working towards Membership of the Association of Project Safety (RMaPS).
