We are seeking a HSE Manager ideally with knowledge of working within the water utilities and high voltage electrical industry, who will be managing a team of 4-6 HSE Officers. This engineering services company require a NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) qualified HSE professional with proven experience of managing safety for multiple sites. It is expected that applicants will be GradIOSH. The candidate must have previous managerial, and client facing experience.
Reporting into the Director for HSE, this role will have responsibility for ensuring the strategy, policies and procedures are implemented throughout the region. They will actively be involved in driving a positive SHE culture throughout the group and advise senior management of any non conformances as well as implementing systems for continual improvement. Candidates that will be considered suitable will have experience in high risk sectors such as utilities, engineering, construction and civil engineering. |
