QHSE Engineer

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
 
Our client has a new requirement for an additional QHSE Engineer to be based in the Rotterdam area of Holland. Ideally you will be a Dutch national but candidates from the UK will be considered.
 
The QHSE department is responsible for the coordination of Quality, Environment, Safety and Health related matters on corporate and project level.
 
The QHSE Engineer contributes to the continuous improvement processes through audits, inspections, visits, analysis results and review cycles based on the corporate management system 
 
Key responsibilities:
 
Ensure a correct QHSE input in tenders and contracts.
Participate in the tender-to-project process (preparation and execution).
Execute internal and external audits, on- and offshore.
Assist and advise company staff in all QHSE-related matters.
Prepare and execute HAZIDS and HAZOPS.
Investigate and report on incidents.
Acting as a focal point for QHSE related questions and ensures maintenance of QHSE information.
Advise company when particular practices do not meet company, legislative, certifying authority and client's standards.
