And this role is all about safety: you will take charge of Safety, Health, Environmental, Security and Quality within our Transmission business area. It’s a challenging role, including taking ownership of improvement plans and initiatives, preparing concise and accurate reports, and promoting SHES delivery concepts in an informative and collaborative manner.

You’ll come to us with experience in a health and safety role within high voltage electrical work or construction. Known for your prowess in safety, change, and people management, you will also need commercial acumen, effective communication and presentation skills, and willingness to undertake further training.

It’s likely that you have a diploma in environmental management and health and safety practice, an engineering degree, or equivalent together with a NEBOSH diploma. Versatile, articulate, and innovative, you will also bring membership of a professional body. Your ability to inspire world-class performance will make you stand out. Permission to drive in the UK is essential.
