A property management company is looking to recruit a H&S Compliance Co-ordinator to join the team based in London. Working within residential properties you will be responsible for managing the Fire and General Risk Assessment schedules, supporting the implementation of H&S policy and procedures together with overall H&S compliance and delivery on the above areas. The successful candidate will be qualified to a minimum level 4 qualification and a member of IOSH. You will have a positive attitude with good communication skills and be driven to be CMIOSH.
