Heading up a Group function within the business and reporting to the Global Director this role will lead, create and embed a strong H&S culture within the group as well as providing expert advice and support globally.
Candidates will need to have a proven track record of operating at a senior level across a global business in a strong corporate environment with the need for delivery at all levels. Candidates should have a background in a high risk environment and be able to communicate effectively with technical heads throughout the business.
A high degree of flexibility is required for this role which involves over 60% global travel, therefore experience of working in the emerging markets would be highly advantageous.
It would be expected that candidates will be CMIOSH and of Graduate calibre with experience of influencing key stakeholders and is of a persuasive and pragmatic individual able to operate at both strategic and a practical levels.
