Our client is a global manufacturing business with activities in over 150 countries. They manufacture a broad range of products to a diverse client base and have demonstrated strong growth in recent years to be recognized as a prominent business in their field.
This interim role of up to 18 months will report to the Group OHS Manager with key responsibilities to support and influence key management both in the UK and internationally, advise on group risk control, management systems and deliver training as well as managing OHS projects.
Candidates should be an established OHS practitioner with a demonstrable track record of delivery within a large FMCG or manufacturing environment with the knowledge and personal ability to work internationally. You should be ideally qualified to CMIOSH or working towards this and be flexible to travel in the UK and internationally with the ability to work as part of a team and influence at all levels within the business.
This position represents an excellent opportunity to work with a globally leading organization with the prospect to gain international experience and develop your individual skills. It may lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate, subject to the current OHS&E resource review.
