Health & Safety Manager, South

My client are a prestigious commercial and retail property landlord with a diverse existing portfolio and unprecedented construction pipeline. Following a restructure they now have an opening for a regional Health & Safety Manager for their properties and operations in the South on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

Given the mix of existing built environments and construction projects I am seeking on their behalf a health & safety professional with experience in facilities/property management, preferably in a retail environment, and also construction site safety management. The ideal candidate will be GradIOSH or above, hold the NEBOSH Construction Certificate and have extensive experience in a multi-site role.
