Here is a fantastic opportunity to climb the Health and Safety ladder of progression in the Construction industry. Working with a company that can provide you the support and training you need to evolve from Assistant Health and safety Advisor right up to Manager level this an opportunity not to be missed. This role will involve lots of travel across the South East of England with projects mainly within the M25 and surrounding areas. Ideally you will be located close to Essex and surrounding areas and be willing to travel where necessary. Predominantly an on-site role you will work your way up from taking H&S inspections and investigations to eventually becoming a fully-fledged H&S assistant/CDMC, who can deliver training and cover all aspects of a day to day H&S Advisor role. There will also be office based report writing and administration required roughly one day a week so you will need to be I.T literate and manage your own reports and administration accordingly. The successful candidate will be a pro-active, hard-working, enthusiastic and dedicated individual. Educated to either NEBOSH General/Construction or equivalent and experience of working in a similar environment you will be willing to undertake all training required to progress eventually to GRAD IOSH level and NVQ level 4 in Occupational Health and Safety. Any experience of working in a construction environment would be a distinct advantage as would any similar H&S roles.
