Our client, a company who are rapidly expanding consultancy within the construction and engineering sector are looking for a Construction Design Management Co-ordinator. They boast a well-known and excellent reputation within the industries within which they work, excellent prospects and a secure environment for the right candidate. The role has come about due to expansion and our client is now looking to make what was once a contractor role into a permanent position due to their ever-growing expansion and client base. Reporting to the senior CDM co-ordinator and the Operations Manager the successful candidate will have a NEBOSH General/Construction qualification and have experience of working in a similar Construction/CDM role. Preferably a professional qualification such as the NEBOSH Construction certificate or equivalent is desirable. The role will be within a consultancy environment and the need to appreciate the commercial side of the business is also imperative. Based in London and working across a multitude of sites as well as travelling to other offices, there will be lots of travel within in the role. Basic requirements - CDM experience - Experience of working in London and surrounding areas - NEBOSH Construction or equivalent. - Strong communication skills Advantageous but not essential - Member of Association of Project Safety or equivalent - MCIOB or equivalent This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding organisation, which values its employees.
