A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a Construction Consultancy based in the SE of England for a CDM Co-ordinator on a 6 month fixed term basis working on a series of fast track leisure projects. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of construction design management, be degree qualified in the relevant discipline, hold NEBOSH & IOSH qualifications, RMaPS and come from a Sport and leisure background.

The candidate must be able to demonstrate their experience and competence in several of the following sectors:

• - Refurbishment

• - Extensions

• - New build

• - New mixed used developments

• - Commercial

• - Public sectors

Furthermore, you will need to have excellent communication skills with the ability to work within a team and on your own.
