Hays currently have an exciting opportunity with a successful Civil Engineering & Concrete Manufacturing company in Leicestershire, who require a Plant Training Manager to join their team.
My client spend large amounts on outside training and, as such, are looking to bring the plant training for their employees inhouse with this appointment. In addition to plant training experience, my client would also be interested in speaking to candidates with a solid Health and Safety background from within an engineering / plant ops
manufacturing or construction environment.
Further to previous experience within this field, the successful candidate must be a certified FLT Assessor and Trainer and an understanding of the legislative framework surrounding FLT/Plant training.
