We are currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor for the main logisitics hub of a national high street store in Worksop.
Reporting into the Health & Safety Manager the candidate would be required to drive H&S policy, safe systems of work and procedures from shop floor to management level. To participate in the undertaking full review of the site risk assessments.
Proven history of working in a Logistics & Distribution environment a distinct advantage.
The ideal candidate will be NEBOSH qualified, preferably to Diploma level but General Certificate will be considered, and IOSH membership an advantage, with a practical and pragmatic approach to driving change.
Driving licence is essential as some travel to other hubs will be required (pool car provided), with occasional overnight stays up to twice a month.
