EPC Project Health, Safety and Environmental Manager-Denmark

EPC Project Health, Safety and Environmental Manager required for a major transport infrastructure project in Copenhagen, Denmark. This is a 3 year contract position.

You will be required to create, implement and maintain a 14001 and 18001 Health, Safety and Environmental management system for the designing phase, construction and commissioning for a project works including power supply, SCADA, Telecomms, signalling and a depot and control centre. You will also prepare an Occupational Health and Safety Plan (OHSP) specific for each work site in accordance with the Danish working and environmental consolidated act.

Other duties will include
- Train the staff in all safety matters
- Supervise all safety coordinators
- Coordination of all work related to HSE matters with contracting body and all other subsections and authorities

You will have previous relevant experience of developing and implementing such systems, ideally within an EPC environment. It is also essential that you speak and write Danish, English to a very high standard as most documents will be in Danish.
