Fire Safety Manager required to join global owner-operator of high profile commercial centres. You will join the Safety/Fire Safety Management team to promote positive fire prevention culture throughout this mixed use development. Responsibilities will include ensuring fire safety inspections are completed, liaising with managers & Fire Brigade Safety Officers with respect to changes in fire loadings. Oversee fire detection, alarm and suppression system specialist contractors. Manage fire detection, alarm and suppression testing programmes. Ensure that smoke control system routine testing occurs. Assist in the preparation of budgets relating to fire safety management . Provide fire safety awareness training and much more. You will have 5 years+ relevant experience gained within the Fire Service/Fire Safety Management, consulting or engineering and/or relevant fire engineering qualifications.
