Senior Health & Safety Consultant

Working for a market leading health and safety consultancy this senior consultants role will focus on delivering expert solutions across a wide variety of public & private sector clients.  One of the largest accounts is in the Milton Keynes area and there will also be travel into London and across the South East of the country.
Areas of responsibility will include:

Leading delivery in single service line on projects (may be linked projects or many locations)
Advising, guiding and directing others in the way projects will run
Maintain excellent professional standards; role modelling Built Asset Consultant behaviours
Contribution service expertise to the delivery of integrated solutions led by Commission Managers
Increasing service quality and differentiation in the market through the application of technology and knowledge. 
Relationship building, creating the platform for repeat sales and securing repeat sales through service excellence
Effective communication with Account Leaders, sector communities and Commission Managers
Development and delivery of technical training
Performance management of delivery team members and feedback to Line Managers

All candidates applying should be able to demonstrate an extensive background in health and safety, plus a expert knowledge in CDM and fire safety.  This is a client facing role and therefore excellent communication skills are essential.
